Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from? Will I pay customs or duties?
We ship from your country through local partners. The price you see at checkout is the total—no customs, import duties, or surprise fees.
How long does delivery take?
Typical timelines: 1–3 business days to prepare your order, then 4–5 business days for delivery. You’ll receive tracking when your order ships. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes—contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. After dispatch, we’ll try to assist through the carrier.
Will my items arrive together?
Sometimes multi‑item orders ship in more than one box. Each box will have its own tracking update.
Product & Framing
Are pieces ready to hang? What hardware is included?
Yes. Most pieces include D‑rings with gallery wire; select small sizes use a sawtooth hanger. We add bumper pads to keep frames level and protect walls.
What is a floater frame?
A contemporary frame that creates a slim shadow gap around the canvas so the artwork appears to “float.” It’s designed to be displayed without glazing for depth and texture.
Which frame finishes are available?
Our current finishes are Black, White, Gold, Brown, and Champagne. Looking for something else? Ask about other frames on request.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes—most artworks can be produced in custom dimensions within their aspect ratio limits. Share your wall size or photos and we’ll recommend options.
Sizing & Installation
How do I choose the right size for my wall?
A reliable rule is to pick art that’s about two‑thirds the width of the furniture beneath (up to three‑quarters for large walls). Aim for a 145 cm (≈57 in) centerline height, and keep 18–25 cm (7–10 in) between the bottom of the art and the top of sofas/consoles/headboards. See the Size & Framing Guide for examples.
How do I hang a set, diptych, or grid?
Keep 5–8 cm (2–3 in) between pieces for sets and 5–10 cm (2–4 in) for grids. Use two hooks for pieces wider than 60 cm (24 in) for stability. See Care & Hanging Guide for step‑by‑step tips.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Custom sizes/special finishes are final sale unless defective. See Returns & Exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We’ll repair or replace it. Please email photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and prioritize your replacement.
How do exchanges work?
We can recommend the right size and process an exchange as a return + new order, or issue store credit.

Is checkout secure? Do you store card details?
Payments are processed by PCI‑certified providers over encrypted connections. We never store full card numbers on our servers. See Payment & Security.
Trade & Projects
Do you offer trade pricing for designers or developers?
Yes. Apply to the Trade & Designers program for trade pricing, project quotes, samples, and mockups.
Can you help with large or multi‑site installs?
Absolutely—share your plans and timelines. We can coordinate consolidated shipments, labeling by room, and schedule‑friendly delivery.
Care
How do I clean and protect my artwork?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or natural‑hair brush. Avoid liquids and household cleaners. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and damp areas. See Care & Hanging Guide.
